Can you please share the document on rapidshare or megaupload? The document below was deleted. Anyway, I agree he's shady and cheap, he never gave the employees a proper raise, now I know why, because he kept the money for himself.

From the legal complaint:

"Indeed, in a scheme of breathtaking audacity, Montesi essentially managed the day-to-day operations of Smart Ads from the offices of Flycell, using Flycell personnel, Flycell computers and other Flycell resources."

It's estimated that he made at least $2.4 million in less than 9 months of this scheme, but probably closer to $4 million. He was paid by Flycell for 9 months of work as CEO approximately $400,000.

Alberto Montesi was the CEO of Flycell until he got fired for defrauding the company out of more than $30 million! Basically he secretly formed another company (Smart Ads, LLC) and signed an exclusive agreement between the two (he was basically signing both sides of the agreement) and had all advertising for Flycell go through Smart Ads.

Alberto Montesi is a liar and a horrible person. He has millions of dollars and does so many shady things to try and make a buck. Google his name and see how many people are talking about how bad this scumbag is.
